Ant and Dec Extend their Deal with ITV

The famous presenter duo – Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly who are famously known as Ant and Dec have extended their deal with ITV for their shows ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and ‘I’m a Celebrity’. The duo has been entertaining the audience from a long time now and people who have watched all the series of the shows hosted by them admit that they add a spark to the show. Along with being funny, they are also professional in their work.

The Deal with ITV

Ant and Dec on Britain’s Got Talent

Ant and Dec have renewed their deal with ITV for both their shows – ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and I’m a Celebrity.. Get me out of Here’ for the coming 2 years. This means that the UK audience will enjoy watching them live on the most talked about TV shows for 2 more series. This news brings immense happiness to both of them. If you do not know then let us tell you that Ant and Dec were in news headlines in the year 2007 after a polling scandal. At that point of time, both of them admitted the fear of a dead end carrier. We have seen them work hard since then and they have always been very lively as a host. This new deal is said to be worth a whooping amount, out of which each of them will be taking home around £5 million per year.

Are Ant and Dec Gay?

Ah, we know what you might be thinking. It is true that they laugh around together, touch each other on the show and even get into some funny role-playing acts, but that does not make them a gay couple. UK and US media has been creating rumours about the duo being a gay couple. The real facts came out when ABC news directly asked this question to them in an interview.
The reported said – “Okay another question, Are you both gays?” As soon as he uttered this question in a live show, Ant and Dec were looking at each other’s face with a strange expression. They would have said something to the poor guy out of anger but as it was a live show, they acted calmly and answered it in a simple tone “No, we are not. We are quite straight.” So, Ant and Dec are like best friends, and they were once quoted saying “We would host all our shows together”. Now that’s called friendship chemistry. Carry on Ant and Dec.

A message to Ant and Dec

Ant and Dec

Ant and Dec are the best presenters

“Ant and Dec, you yourself have become celebrities now. Instead of hosting the show, why don’t you participate in I’m a celebrity.. Get me out of Here show?” Or we have another idea for both of you. As you have already become millionaires, so we suggest you to participate in ‘Who wants to be a millionaire’ show. The UK audience would love to see you as competitors. But we would like to add one thing over here – “Continue the good work. You both are perfect hosts and congratulations on your contract”.
